The travel to Marlton on Saturday, July 18th produced NCR's 5th regular season loss in a row, but showed how strong NCR's individual swimmers are as the battled Marlton, but lost because of the usual numbers game (they had so many more younger swimmers than NCR).

Well done, swimmers. Now we look forward to Divisionals and All Stars where we will shine!

Home meet vs the Northridge Neptunes on Saturday, July 11th. NCR lost their fourth straight, but look to get their first win vs Marleton in Upper Marlboro next Saturday. Thanks you and congratulations to our Age-Out Swimmers: Caitlin Barry, Sarah Fritz, Stephanie Goldbeck, Kendall Irish, Caroline Smith, Rebekah Yohe and Nick Yeager. Kendall and Stephanie both set pool and team home records today in the 15-18 Fly and Breast respectively. Congrats!!

HOME meet vs Cheverly on Saturday, June 27th. NCR lost to Cheverly 295 -267 in a very close meet Congratulations to all our swimmers for an outstanding effort.

The NCR Dolphins swam a dual meet at Adelphi on June 20th and June 22nd. NCR lost 330 to 207, but look to bounce back against Cheverly in week two.

Time Trials were held on Saturday, June 13th at NC Pool with the Greenbelt Municipal Team also participating.
