Today marks our nations 250th year. Let that sink in for a minute...
It also was another PMSL Saturday, so your NCR Dolphins were swimming hard after traveling far for an away meet. Our opponent, the Smallwood Village Association Marlins, reside in Waldorf 45 minutes south.... While it was an earlier than normal wake-up call for the Dolphins, that didn't keep them from bringing their best! Even our national bird came to see the action - nothing like swimming on the 4th of July under the watchful eye of a Bald Eagle! NCR gave quite the show, defeating the Marlins by the score of 300 to 224! Full results are on our 2026 Meet Results page. Red, White and Triple Blue! Two SVA swimmers (Ashton Stapleson and McKenzie Risden) and four(!!!!) NCR swimmers (Jameelah Ndiaye, Ariana Fromel, Arianna Biondi, and Gabriel Bailey) worked extra hard today and took first in all three of their individual events. Next week we are back in the home pool, with our final dual meet of the season versus the Westlake Village Swim Team. In the meantime, let's celebrate our 3-1 NCR Dolphins! Comments are closed.
