The New Carrollton Recreation Dolphins Swim Team
We are a summer swim team whose base is the New Carrollton Recreation Club pool in New Carrollton, MD. It is a private membership club that requires each swimmer to be a member. The NCR Dolphins swim in the Prince-Mont Swim League.

Our team has had some tremendous swimmers participate over the years, and quite a few who set pool records home and away, as well as league records which still stand years later.  But we also have many, many swimmers who simply enjoy the summer fun and competition ...plus it's a great way to stay in shape!
Prince-Mont Swim League
Founded in 1959, Prince-Mont Swim League (PMSL) sponsors and coordinates age-group competitive swimming programs during the summer months in and among member teams from Prince George's County, Montgomery County, Charles County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Calvert County, and the District of Columbia. The intent is to develop in the swimmers participating in this program, a love of the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles of good sportsmanship
