Our NCR Dolphins Swim Team is powered by you! Without our parent volunteers, the team would not function. We NEED parents to be participants, not just spectators. Summer swimming is a family activity, it's not just for kids!
Swim meets take a lot to put on and simply can't be run without the majority of parents assisting with some aspect of the meet. Most jobs don't require any special training - just a few minutes instruction; others require attendance at clinics. None are as scary or difficult as you might think. Even at the Olympic level of competition, swimming officials are volunteers!
Not all of the volunteer opportunities take place at the meets - some happen during the week, or special events throughout the summer. There's a job for everyone!
