Yesterday's PMSL All Star Meet brought to a close competitive swimming for the 2019 season.  By all accounts, NCR shined as hosts of the meet!  Congratulations and a huge Thank You! to all who helped make the event such a success.

As this meet was only the second time the bulkhead was set up for a 25 yard distance, there were 49 pool records set!  Nine of them were league records!

Next week we return to Temple Hills for the Division F Divisional Meet.  At 4 and 1, your NCR Dolphins are in position to win the division.  Competition next week will be tough, so we need to keep practicing - no time to slack off!

We pulled off a win for our first away meet of the 2019 season!  Our NCR Dolphins bested the Prince Georges Council Aqua Knights 272 to 253.  It was a close meet, with PGC in the lead for most of the morning, but the Dolphins wouldn't be deterred!
